The International Scientific Conference: From Science to Policy — A Global Perspective will bring together leading international scientists and experts in nutrition, epidemiology, food chemistry, public health, and regulation in Rome to explore one of the most important issues on the global food agenda: what role should science play in shaping policies on industrialized foods.
The event will be held with the support of global food industry organizations as well as food science and technology bodies.
